  • You are encouraged to order via our website for fastest service - on-line orders receive top priority and are processed ahead of fax, mail and telephone orders.

  • Non-personalized card orders usually ship within one business day of the original receipt of the order. During our peak holiday season from October through December, non-personalized card orders usually ship within two business days of receipt of the original order.

  • Personalized card orders usually ship within two business days of receipt of your on-line order with confirmed on-line set-up; mail or fax orders usually ship within two business days of receipt of your approval of the sample typeset proof sent by our Print Department (please see the Personalization tab at the top of the Home Page for personalization instructions). Delays may occur during our peak holiday season from October through December. Please order early for fastest service!

  • Unless otherwise requested, orders from the 48 contiguous United States ship via UPS Ground Standard Delivery. Shipping and Handling rates will be computed for on-line orders based on current UPS rate charges to your delivery address plus a handling fee. Shipping rates for mail, fax or telephone orders are $7.50 per 100 cards; odd lots are rounded up to the next 100 level. Foil envelope seals are not included in quantities for pricing breakpoints or shipping charges.

  • Please provide a physical business address for delivery of your order; UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. Also, UPS deliveries to residential addresses may experience delays. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • We regret that we will not accept orders from outside of the United States due to the high cost of shipping and handling international orders. Orders from Puerto Rico will be accepted and shipped via UPS Air with actual shipping charges plus a $5.00 handling fee charged to the customer.

  • All non-personalized orders, and their timely delivery, come with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should you have concerns or questions about your order, please contact us within ten business days of receipt of delivery. After that time requests for changes and/or corrections to your order may not be allowed.

  • Please note that all personalized orders are final - please carefully check all spelling, spacing and punctuation in your personalized text on the on-line proof when ordering via our website, or on the sample proof sent from our Print Department for Mail, Fax and Telephone orders. Once you have approved a proof for printing, we regret that your order cannot be changed or returned.
