Your personalized eCard link will be e-mailed to you to the address you provide in checkout. Your eCard is available for you to send to clients for a 12 month period from the purchase date.  
Please Note: If you or your recipient are using a version of Microsoft Outlook 2016 or older the electronic greeting will only be viewable through the link in an internet browser.
 

How to send your eCard:

Open the email and click to copy the content from the email to paste in a new email. In the new email, insert the recipient email, your custom subject line and include any additional text to the body of the email. Click to send your recipient their eCard.

If the eCard is not supported by their email provider they will click the link in the email to view the animation in their internet browser. 

We include an image of your Card to use if your email does not support the animated version. Download the attachment that is included with your eCard and attach to your new email. 

We also include a .gif file of your eCard that you can download and save. 

Please be aware that due to certain conditions out of our control, eCards compared to traditional paper greeting cards may be less reliable and impactful based on the following obstacles.

— They may go directly to spam folders

— Certain email platforms may restrict the animation

— Strict internet and email settings could prevent the eCards from reaching recipients

Our recommendation is to use the eCard in conjunction with paper cards, especially for your best clients or those older clients without email or technical abilities.
