Shipping & Returns

 

From January to August, all personalized orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days. During our peak holiday season from September through December, personalized orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days of purchase or of receipt of your approval of the proof, when applicable.

 

Non-personalized orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days of the original receipt of the order. To have your order printed and shipped within 1 business day, please add a $100 Rush Fee to your order in checkout. Free UPS ground shipping is automatically applied to every order over $150; we offer expedited shipping at an additional charge.

Please provide a physical business address for delivery of your order as UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. UPS will not deliver to an office address if it is closed; if you are working from home we strongly encourage that you ship to a residential address to avoid returns.

 

We regret that we will not accept orders from outside of the United States due to the high cost of shipping and handling international orders. Orders from Puerto Rico will be accepted and shipped via UPS Air with additional shipping charges. Orders from Canada will be accepted and shipped via UPS Ground with additional shipping charges. The customer will be responsible for any duties, tariffs, or taxes due.

 

All non-personalized orders, and their timely delivery, come with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should you have concerns or questions about your order, please contact us within ten business days of receipt of delivery. Requests for changes can be made by contacting our customer care team for instructions on shipping your cards back to us and making the exchange.

 

Please note that all personalized orders are final - carefully check all spelling, spacing, images, and punctuation in your personalized text when ordering from the website or on the pdf proof, when applicable. We strongly recommend ordering an electronic pdf proof of your card(s) to confirm all card and envelope personalization before your order is printed - this can be added in your cart for $15. By providing approval of your proof, you understand that your order will be printed exactly as shown and cannot be returned or exchanged. You can also order up to 3 free samples of cards to be mailed to you to guarantee you are satisfied with a design. 

 

If you receive your order and there is a printing or processing error, please contact us within ten business days upon receipt of delivery. We will gladly reprint and reship any order with a defect due to an internal error. If your order arrives damaged via UPS or weather, please contact us within ten business days upon receipt of delivery and send a photo of the damage so that a UPS claim can be filed. Your new order will be reprinted and reshipped within one business day upon confirmation of the damage.

 

 

 

For a refund or replacement order, please follow these steps:

    If you are advised to return any portion of your order, please include the packing slip that came with your shipment along with a quick description of the problem.
    If possible, return your order in its original packaging.
  2. You will receive an email from Customer Care summarizing the steps of your refund or replacement.
