How do I place an order?

Step 1:   Click on your desired card design

Step 2:   Click on the “View Inside/Personalization” box

Step 3:   Select the inside greeting by clicking  on the tab labeled “Inside”

               • If you want to leave the card blank, select that option from the drop down menu.


               • If you want to add a custom message, select blank from the drop down menu and proceed to the next step.


Step 4:   Check the “add personalization” box underneath to add optional personalization and/or a custom message to the inside.

Step 5:   Add your brand approved information to the card back by clicking on the tab labeled “Back”

Step 6:   Select your template from the four available options -

               • One name/team name with Janney logo 



               • One name/team name with team logo and Janney logo

               • Multiple names and team name with Janney logo

               • Multiple names and team name with Janney logo and branch logo


Step 7:   Adjust your contact info on the back. When you enter a name, the functional title is required and the corporate title is optional.

Step 8:   Finalize your order by clicking on the tab labeled “Envelopes” to confirm the envelope type. You can select to upgrade your envelopes. The branch address will automatically be imprinted on the back flap of your envelopes for the return address.

Step 9:   Update your quantity and “add to cart”

Step 10: Once in your shopping cart, click “Go to Checkout” button

Step 11: Enter in the shipping information and select a Shipping Method

Step 12: Proceed to payment and enter billing information

Step 13: Place your order; you will receive a confirmation email with an order number

Step 14: You will receive an email proof within 24 business hours of purchase, and your order will be shipped 2-5 business days upon proof approval.

How many days to process my order?

It takes 3-5 business days to process an order. Orders with proofs will be put on hold until the proof has been approved.

What size are the cards?

Our greeting cards are 5x7 inches and include corresponding envelopes. Our stationery products vary in standard sizes.
